Cop shoots Alliance member at Quad

Reports are that a member of the Bounty Killer-led, Alliance was shot at Quad night club in New Kingston on Sunday night.

According to informed sources, the club-goer was one of several men who accompanied high-riding, Alliance deejay, Mavado, to the Quad, where Alliance head honcho, Bounty Killer was celebrating his birthday.

One report is that there was an altercation between entourage member  and a policeman who was at the Quad. The policeman reportedly wanted to search Mavado, but the deejay resisted. The entourage member, loosely referred to as ‘mantourage‘  reportedly took it up on himself to defend his ‘boss’, Mavado, and dissed the security officer.

Some sources say the policeman was boxed and in response, the cop shot the club-goer.

The police have so far not sent out a release on the incident.

Just last week, Mavado and his manager Julian had their case for assault and destruction of property dismiseed from the court, following an incident in St Ann, Jamaica.
