Devra Bratt now out on bail after touching woman inappropriatey

Thirty-two-year old deejay Devra Bratt, whose given name is Sheldon Smith, was offered bail when he appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
He is charged with indecent assault and assault occasioning bodily harm following an incident on June 1.
The allegations are that he was at his Portmore home when he touched a woman in an inappropriate manner.
She confronted him and during an altercation was injured.
The matter was reported and Devra Bratt was arrested.
In court yesterday, he was offered 150 thousand dollars bail, and ordered to return to court on October 3.

The entertainer was freed in January last year of  a carnal abuse charge, for which he was arrested in 2008.
