Is it the Captain of the Bakery?

Aye aye, sir!

Well, who would have guessed it? None other than Captain Burrell, looking like a sprucy young bwoy with shirt at the ready, un-buttoned all the way down, with a sexy crew member posed up at his side.

From the looks of things Captain Burrell and his female companion had a rollicking time at Reggae Sumfest.
